Edible Arrangements — Establishment and florist at 920 Stafford Avenue, Bristol, Connecticut.

Horrible experience. I foolishly spent almost $250.00 on three ridiculously overpriced piles of fruit and chocolate. My own fault, but my wife likes their products. Two of the three arrived at 10:30 AM on Valentines Day. One for my daughter and Mom, but my wife's arrangement was not on the truck. I was told it was on a different truck. How stupid not to put deliveries going to the same place on the same truck. Also, I ordered a stuffed bear for my daughter but was told they ran out so I received a stuffed reindeer which must have been leftover from Christmas. Well, the fact the orders didn't arrive together completely ruined the surprise for my wife.

By 4:00 PM the third order had still not arrived. My wife called and was told all deliveries were done for the day. This made me quite angry so I called myself and was put on hold and the person never returned to the phone. I called once again and was told the arrangement would be delivered but could not be given a time and that the other person who gave incorrect information was new.

For the money they are charging....absolutely outrageous...I expect MUCH better service and will not tolerate this level of ineptitude. Save your money and go some place else.
